These terms govern the sale of NordBac products to business and professional buyers.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders for NordBac products placed with NordBac ("NordBac", "we", "us"). Sales are made on a business-to-business basis only. By placing an order you confirm you are a business or professional buyer and accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer & Intended Use.
All products are supplied as laboratory reagents for research and laboratory applications only. They are not medicinal products and are not for human or veterinary use. You agree not to use or onward-sell the products for any human or veterinary purpose. You are responsible for determining the suitability of the products for your intended laboratory application.
Quotes and product listings are an invitation to treat and not an offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we reasonably believe the intended use is non-compliant.
Prices are quoted in euro (EUR) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT, duties, and shipping. Indicative prices on the website may change before order confirmation. Applicable taxes are added at invoicing.
Accepted methods and terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before dispatch. Invoiced accounts must pay within the stated period; late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.
We ship across the European Union from an EU warehouse with tracked delivery. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your carrier or address; title passes once payment is received in full. You are responsible for inspecting deliveries and reporting visible damage or shortages within 7 days.
As a B2B supplier of reagents, returns are accepted only for unopened, undamaged products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery and by prior arrangement, or where products are defective or not as specified. Defective or non-conforming products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.
We warrant that, at the time of dispatch, products conform to the specification stated on the Certificate of Analysis for the relevant lot. This is the sole warranty given. All other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of the products outside their intended laboratory use, misuse, or non-compliant onward sale. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, and the courts of the European Union have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local-law protections that may apply.
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
